At the end of the property’s investment duration, the token expires. The company then takes the token back (redeems it), and clients receive the full token value in exchange. This includes the initial investment plus any property appreciation accumulated during the investment period.
Once the redemption is completed, the expired tokens are removed from circulation.
Please note: If the property remains in strong market conditions at the end of the duration, the company may offer investors an option to extend the investment period. In this case, clients can choose either to continue earning rental income and potential market appreciation, or to redeem their tokens and receive the full token value as usual.
