How do I receive my dividends?

The dividend period begins once a property is Active and its tokens are accessible. The specific start date can be found on the individual Property page.

Rental dividends are distributed to your NOVA Wallet either quarterly or monthly, depending on the specific property. These payouts will continue according to the dividend calendar until the dividend period ends.

If the property is vacant for part of the dividend period, the dividend distribution will be adjusted. We work hard to avoid this.

When the dividend period ends positively, you receive dividends for property appreciation and your initial investments.

If you transferred tokens to a private e-wallet, bring them back to receive the final payment.
