Please note, this is an irreversible action that will include all Headway services, such as the Headway trading broker and Headway NOVA.
Deleting the account eliminates all personal information, statistics, and access to trader’s and investor’s data within Headway services.
Before proceeding with your account deletion, ensure your profile meets the following conditions:
For Headway trading broker:
- No open orders
- Empty balance
For Headway NOVA:
- No tokens in Portfolio
- Empty dividend balance
- No pending orders
Should the balance in any of these Headway services exceed 1 (EUR, USD, or equivalent in other currencies) or surpass the minimum amount necessary for withdrawal through available payment methods, please withdraw the money before deleting your account.
In the event that the balance is less than 1 (EUR, USD, or an equivalent value in another currency) or does not meet the minimum amount required for withdrawal through the provided payment methods, we require written consent for the loss of the remaining funds.
To request account deletion, please follow these steps:
- Review your profile details across all Headway services
- Email care@hw.site or care@hwnova.site with:
- Approximate registration date
- Reason for deletion
- Selfie with ID or passport
If you have funds you do not wish to withdraw and/or NOVA tokens with upcoming dividend payouts, please include the following statement in your email: “I agree to delete my account, acknowledging the loss of funds and other investments in Headway services, and I have no complaints”.
